GDPR Data Protection Rights

  • Refunds are only applicable for our paid services and are subject to the following conditions:
  • Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable to customers who have purchased our paid services within the last 30 days.
  • Reason for refund and amount: We offer refunds in the following 2 conditions:
    • Full refund will be issued if Prosperr fails to fulfill its commitments during the plan tenure.
    • Full refund in case the Prosperr.io team fails to complete the task before the assigned due date by the Government of India.
  • Refund process: To initiate a refund, the customer must contact our customer support team within 30 days of purchasing our services. The customer must provide one of the reasons mentioned in Point 2 and any relevant information regarding the issue. Our customer support team will then review the request and determine if a refund is appropriate.
  • Refund timeline: Once a refund has been approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase our services.
